  • Q. I have an overall picture of what I want to do with my car but do not know which exact parts are compatible with it. Can you help me?
    A. Yes! This is exactly what we focus on. We want to make every experience a memorable one because every car and every owner is different, and there are infinite combinations of how to build your dream ride! Tell us your crazy fantasies, we shall realize them together :)
  • Q. Can you ship to ****?
    A. Yes! We can ship to mostly every part of the world. If there is a local logistics company that makes deliveries to your house, you’re able to order from us!
  • Q. What if my order arrives faulty or broken?
    A. We work hand in hand with our partners to inspect all orders at multiple stages. However this isn’t a perfect world and things can take a turn for the worse. But rest assured, we take pride in what we do and want our customers to have only the best experience. Shall your order arrive any less than perfect, reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right for you.
  • Q. Are you able to take orders for items or brands that you don’t have listed on the website?
    A. The ideal answer is yes, but in reality it would be “it depends”. We are always striving to broaden our selection of products and strike partnerships with new brands, but this can take time. If there are any items or brands that you would like us to make available, please reach out to us and we will do our very best to make it happen.
  • Q. How much does shipping cost?
    A. This depends on many factors such as volume and weight of your order, and the destination. Reach out to us for a quote!
  • 2. Our response and quote
    After receiving your inquiry, we will respond to any questions you may have and also get you a quote on the product(s). If we require any production/lead time we will communicate these details as well.
  • 4. Shipping of goods
    Once we confirm your payment, we will start the order process. Depending on your location, you may have a preferred shipping agent. If that is the case, kindly let us know and we will work with them to make sure your shipment reaches you safe & sound.
  • 3. Order & Payment
    If you are satisfied with the quote and details we provide, kindly make the payment according to the channel we provide. We accept international wire transfer for the time being but will be accepting credit card payment as well in the near future.

    Once you have found something that you'd like to purchase, reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
  • 5. Receiving your shipment
    Once you receive the shipment, please confirm that everything you have ordered is included and that there is no damage to the goods. All our products are inspected at various points in the order process, but mishaps can happen. If there is anything wrong with your order, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you!
